Once you have applied through our website, the process begins.

Review Your online application will be reviewed for completeness, skill sets, job history and area of expertise. If your skills match our clients’ needs, a recruiter will call to schedule an interview.
Interview You will be assigned to a TRUE Group recruiter who will meet with you to review your qualifications, education, and salary preferences. We use this information to create your personal work profile.
Gain Insight During the interview, your recruiter will assess your skills, discuss your likes and dislikes, evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, and document your preferred work environments.
Hire and Onboard Your recruiter will then begin a job search and present your work profile to prospective employers. Once a match has been made, an interview will be scheduled. If the client chooses you, your TRUE Group recruiter will make the job offer.

After you’ve accepted the offer, we will provide you with all the specific information needed regarding your new position—dress code, parking, supervisor names, hours, breaks, approximate duration of assignment, description of the work site and the company overview.

Track Throughout your assignment, your recruiter will stay in touch with you to see how you’re doing and give you feedback on your performance.
